Assistant - Project Manager

Requirements
- Excellent English – written and verbal
- Any additional language is a plus;
- Experience in any international business sphere;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Problem-solving, attention to detail;
- Well-organized, great at communication;
- Willing to travel for projects;
- Based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
- Research of suppliers worldwide depending on the location of the upcoming projects and opportunities
- Bidding phase: in coordination with architect designer and sales requesting quotations, preparing offers, collecting information on event location and regulations
- Project preparation phase: Liaising with and coordinating the various stakeholders, internal and external, involved in the projects, preparation of contracts, updates of project follow-up and monitoring tools, preparing internal briefings
- Delivery phase: preparing checklists and commissioning files, onsite or remote supervision of the project delivery, highly proactive and reactive coordination of the different stakeholders, solving problems, ensuring that the project is delivered as per plan and contracts, handover to the client
